Forex trading is commonly discussed through four major financial sessions.

What is liquidity?
Liquidity describes how easily an asset can be bought or sold without causing a large price change.
Higher liquidity often means tighter spreads and smoother order execution, although market conditions can change quickly.
Session overlap
When major trading sessions overlap, market activity may increase because more participants are active at the same time.
